Make sure the mobile device associated with your Ecobot account has the latest version of the mobile app installed.
Ecobot Manager and Collector are working together behind the scenes, and often times new Manager features are rolled out in conjunction with updates to Collector. Therefore, in order for all new Manager features to be enabled for your account, your mobile app must be running the latest version.
To update your version of Ecobot:
- On your iOS or Android mobile device, open the App Store or Play Store and search for Ecobot (linked here: Ecobot on the App Store).
- On Ecobot's profile, there will be a blue button next to
Ecobot" that either says "Open" or "Update". - If "Update" is showing on your device, please click "Update" to get the newest version of Ecobot.
If you have devices no longer in use (lost, retired, damaged, etc.) that have accessed your Ecobot account in the past, this could prevent new features from showing up on your desktop. Please update all devices that have logged into your account.
