- From Collector, select "Forgot Password". A browser window will open.
- Enter the email address, and select "Send Password Reset". We'll send you a message entitled "We received a request to reset your password"
- Check email at that address and select "Reset Password". A browser window will open.
- Type and re-type your new password, and select "Reset Password".
