Successfully deploy multiple field teams to a single project, using the following process:

Best Practices for Field Collaboration

1. Each team member signs into a separate account, and creates a separate, parallel survey.
   1. You'll need one license per simultaneous user/device in the field, as each license is tied to a single device.
   2. Use the same value for Survey/Site in each project so the top of every form will be consistent and will not require editing later.
2. When finished collecting data, Check In the surveys from all mobile devices.
3. Review and Edit these surveys from a single account on Manager (see screenshot below). Start by searching for the survey name in Manager and you'll see each result.
4. Combine completed forms outside of Ecobot. Adobe provides a free tool for combining multiple PDFs into one file.
