Post-field Workflow

Sync to the cloud, Create project files,  Edit in Manager

You've completed your fieldwork for the day. What do you do next?

Note: The data you collect on your mobile device is stored locally on your mobile device until you save the project to the cloud!

 

When on a stable internet connection, save your work: Tap the "Save Survey to Cloud" in the top-right corner of the Survey screen. Continue Working:  Choose this option to preserve your work and continue collecting data. Check in Survey: Choose this option when you're finished for the day. You or a colleague can then edit from the dashboard.

From there, perform QA in Ecobot Manager by checking out the project, then making any edits needed.

Simultaneous editing is not available, to avoid overwriting files.  See Editing Project Data
